Alex Mallet, formerly affiliated with industry giants Amazon and Microsoft, has been named Chief Technology Officer at the fintech company Primer. This London-based firm, renowned for its advanced payment infrastructure solutions for merchants, recently appointed Mallet to spearhead their technology strategy. With over a decade at Amazon focusing on software development and product localisation, Mallet brings a wealth of experience to his new role at Primer, a company valued at almost £500 million after its 2021 funding round of £38 million.
Previously, Mallet held a pivotal development manager position at Microsoft, where he honed skills that are now critical to his leadership role at Primer.
