Traffic Safety & Management, a prominent player in the realm of road and traffic management, has shifted its headquarters to Bromsgrove, in a move that underscores its commitment to growth. Operating for 24 years, the company serves notable clients including National Highways and various local authorities, managing roadworks for crucial infrastructural projects.
The newly acquired 2,090 square foot office space at Fiji House, situated on Harris Business Park, marks a significant step in the firm’s strategic expansion. By relocating the headquarters away from its principal depot in Kings Norton, Birmingham, the company aims to streamline its operations and focus on widening its reach across the Midlands. This transition has also enabled the establishment of two new depots in Gloucester and Aylesbury.
Martin Sheridan, one of the co-founders of Traffic Safety & Management, highlighted the firm’s continued month-on-month growth as a catalyst for this strategic change. He stated, “We wanted to expand our number of branches across our core Midlands area so we decided to separate our headquarters.”
Bromsgrove was selected meticulously due to its advantageous position within the network of motorways, providing essential logistical benefits. The premises, designed specifically as a headquarters, aligns perfectly with the company’s operational requirements, according to Sheridan.
The acquisition of the Bromsgrove office was facilitated by John Truslove, a Redditch-based commercial property agency, acting on a five-year lease agreement. Ian Parker, joint managing director, expressed confidence that Bromsgrove’s geographical advantages and its portfolio of commercial properties would further cement Traffic Safety & Management’s strong market position.
The relocation of Traffic Safety & Management’s headquarters to Bromsgrove reflects strategic foresight in enhancing operational efficiency and market presence.
