Blueoak Estates, a developer based in Chester, is spearheading this ambitious redevelopment of the Tower House and Charterhall House. These properties, once used by Lloyds Banking Group, have been unoccupied for several years. Their proximity to Chester Railway Station situates them within the broader ‘Gateway’ district revitalization plan.
