The No. 1 St Michael’s building, valued at £150 million, represents the first phase of Neville’s ambitious city centre redevelopment. This project, featuring a future phase with a 41-storey tower, is one of the key developments shaping Manchester’s urban landscape.
Channel 4’s new office space is positioned alongside other prominent tenants, including Pinsent Masons, which secured one and a half floors prior to the building’s official launch in July 2023.
