Brands. These companies faced criticism for failing to mitigate the use of toxic materials and harmful plastics. Meanwhile, Apple, Sephora, and others achieved notable scores indicating safer consumer practices.
Although the National Retail Foundation refrained from commenting on the external report, representatives from companies like Ahold Delhaize expressed the complexity of the issue.
