The challenge of bankruptcy was addressed in March 2023 when Bluestar Alliance, a brand management company from New York, acquired Scotch & Soda. This acquisition has allowed the brand to revive its physical presence in key markets, starting with the reopening of the Carnaby Street location, known for its vibrant retail environment.
