Regatta has announced the promotion of Tom Goodman to the position of chief digital and technology officer. In pursuit of these goals, Goodman will introduce innovative approaches, including a new membership initiative set to launch in August. Goodman, who has been with Regatta since 2020, brings a wealth of experience from his consultancy role at Deloitte and leadership positions at Selfridges and JD Sports Group. Additionally, he has been instrumental in establishing in-house digital marketing and tech teams and has overseen the deployment of several new partner platforms, featuring collaborations with leading entities like Frasers Group, Decathlon, and Marks & Spencer.
