The landscape of sweet treats sees an exciting range of new product launches this month. KitKat, Little Moons, Müller, Fruit-tella, and Walker’s have each unveiled offerings designed to captivate the sweet tooth of consumers across the United Kingdom.
KitKat is bringing back its much-loved Cookies and Cream flavoured biscuit bar. Encased in a smooth blend of milk chocolate and white coating, this two-toned delight is packaged using 75% recycled plastic and will be available in packs of nine. The brand manager, Angelica De Los Rios Granja, highlighted the excitement surrounding the reintroduction, noting the product’s popularity among households and the company’s continuous innovation in flavours.
Meanwhile, Little Moons is expanding its portfolio with a new line of bite-sized frozen cheesecakes. These delightful desserts, available in Caramelised Biscuit and White Chocolate, Strawberry and Mascarpone Cheesecake, and Belgian Chocolate and Salted Caramel, are under 100 calories each. Priced at £3.75 for a pack of four, they will initially be distributed through Co-op stores before reaching nationwide retailers.
Müller extends its Müller Light series by introducing Chocolate Brownie and Chocolate Orange Protein Puddings, offering 14g of protein per serving. These products, which are also fortified with Vitamin B6, comply with HFSS guidelines and are available in single 140g pots for £1.40. Vicky Morgan, Müller’s category lead, expressed confidence in their potential to appeal to a wider consumer base.
Fruit-tella’s latest offering, the ‘Out At Night’ variant of its Jellies range, features jelly sweets shaped like bats, owls, and spiders. Infused with flavours of orange, blackberry, and apple, this HFSS compliant product will be available in a multi-pack format.
Finally, Walker’s has launched ‘Wee Shorties’, multipack snack bags filled with bite-sized pieces of its iconic shortbread. Currently offered in Sainsbury’s and Ocado, this on-the-go snack aligns with the brand’s mission to showcase the versatility of its products, as noted by managing director Nicky Walker.
The new product introductions across these brands highlight a dynamic phase of innovation in the confectionery and snack industry.
