Fenwick has inaugurated what is now the largest beauty hall in the United Kingdom outside of London, positioned within its Newcastle store. This expansive space, covering a substantial 26,000 sq ft, was launched today, offering a plethora of beauty products and services. The newly designed area features two expanded atriums and an impressive 56 feet of facade windows overlooking Northumberland Street, as well as a striking 50-foot-long fragrance bar, contributing to an elevated shopping experience.
Patrons visiting the beauty hall will have access to 163 different brands, encompassing a broad spectrum of beauty categories like makeup, skincare, contemporary and couture beauty, niche and prestige fragrance, as well as hair, nails, and brows. Notable brands featured include Hourglass, Charlotte Tilbury, Le Labo, and Carolina Herrera. In response to evolving consumer demands, the store has introduced 23 new beauty counters.
The new beauty department does not solely focus on retail offerings; it integrates a comprehensive suite of services. Five beauty treatment rooms have been established, providing services such as manicures, blow-drys, brow shaping, lash extensions, facials, and makeup consultations. This initiative aligns with Fenwick’s commitment to enhancing the in-store customer experience.
As part of its ongoing ‘Beauty with Bite’ campaign, Fenwick has partnered with entrepreneur Sharmadean Reid’s platform, The Stack World, which is dedicated to empowering women in business. This partnership will facilitate an array of activities including a curated photoshoot featuring Newcastle United Women’s football team members. These efforts reflect a strategic attempt to forge deeper connections with their clientele while promoting empowerment and inclusivity.
