Rodd & Gunn, the renowned outdoor lifestyle brand, has taken a significant step in its expansion strategy by opening three new standalone stores outside of London. This move is part of a broader plan to broaden its physical presence in key regional markets across the UK, showcasing the brand’s commitment to increasing its accessibility for consumers.
The new store locations include prime spots in Edinburgh, Bath, and Winchester, marking Rodd & Gunn’s first ever store in Scotland with the Edinburgh location. The Edinburgh store, situated at 67 George Street, encompasses 1,504 square feet and caters to a diverse customer base with its premium offerings.
In Bath, the newly opened store spans 3,735 square feet on New Bond Street, providing a spacious and inviting atmosphere for shoppers. Similarly, the Winchester store, located at The Square, offers 3,344 square feet of retail space, further enhancing the brand’s visibility and consumer reach outside London.
Mike Beagley, CEO of Rodd & Gunn, expressed the brand’s optimistic outlook on the UK market’s potential. Beagley highlighted that Rodd & Gunn has witnessed rapid growth over the past two years through its partnership with John Lewis and its strong e-commerce platform.
